5 months agoWe invested in a chalet at the Edune residence in Jullouville. The after-sales service at Chalets Fabres is not up to scratch at all. -We have a broken lock (it's too fragile) -We have a broken pergola lighting system -We received a cottage with a broken sofa that we repaired ourselves because they didn't believe us!! Despite our multiple requests, we are still waiting for the repairs! We are very disappointed with Mr. Akhalouf, who manages this service.

7 months agoReally very disappointed with the delivery service! My aunt ordered her chalet on January 14, 2025, she was promised delivery in April! The chalet arrived but is missing all the kitchen elements and lots of other things!! Big delay in delivery, it's June 12 and while the missing elements should be delivered this weekend! This morning I called to find out if everything is ok and finally it will be next week and I am promised once again on the phone that by the end of June everything will be ready, I don't believe it anymore! The plane trees!
