3 weeks agoI placed my first order on this site. Due to an error on my part regarding my purchase, I contacted them by phone. There was no waiting, and the conversation was very pleasant. My order was immediately cancelled, and a new one was placed. The package arrived very quickly, but unfortunately, it was damaged by the carrier despite excellent packaging. Two items were damaged. Again, the contact was excellent, with a clear explanation of the procedure. By 2:30 PM, the case was closed, and the next morning at 9:30 AM, the damaged items arrived. Excellent service: fast, professional, and with a real sense of customer service, which is sadly all too rare. I will gladly use this site again for my next order.
