months agoThey open at 5:30. There's a small tunnel with a traffic light at the turnoff before the entrance, and we wait a long time for the light to turn green. There's a barrier, scales (helmet with chin guard, long sleeves, pants, boots), and a bureau. Bring your license, passport, and ref. number. They give you a pager, tell you where to stand, open the left side, and sit and wait in the booth.

months agoIt's a complete disaster, the staff is very friendly but it's not normal to have trucks waiting more than 3 or 4 hours to load or unload. They really should find a solution and speed up the processes because loading here means wasting the whole day... anyway.

months agoExcellent company! First, we step on the scale and go to security, take our ref. number, passport, and license. They register us and give us a badge and a map of the area. They show us where to park and give us a sheet with the cargo description. Give this sheet to the forklift. We wait for the forklift, and when it arrives, we give it the papers with the cargo description and open the left side. We'll wait. The forklift will collect our cargo and begin loading. Forklifts are also important to understand; they collect all the cargo from the entire warehouse, so loading takes a little longer. Wear a hard hat, ADR boots, pants, and a vest.

months agoGreat job, nice people, unloading and loading in about 3 hours. Super good, you rarely find something like that.

months agoI was afraid to come here after looking at the reviews. I was pleasantly disappointed, extremely helpful and friendly people. They also helped me secure the goods. The entry and exit are 2 hours. There is no parking in front of the company, drive up to the scale immediately, then go to security. He will tell you everything despite the language difficulties. Tractor papers, passport, Helmet and protective glasses are required.
