6 months agoDisastrous business relationship in the Franche-Comté region. We have a faulty cistern on our wall-hung toilet, which has been leaking for months from the toilet bowl. The plumber who came said it must be a manufacturing defect in the cistern. The salesperson, after diagnosing the problem and showing us photos, believes it's due to the use of a chemical product, but we don't use any because we have a micro-treatment plant. No goodwill gesture whatsoever, not even a visit from this gentleman. He simply replied that the work must be carried out by a professional. And after months of calls and emails, I've only received this kind of response. It's as if I'm an idiot. This is outrageous and shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism.
