a month agoI'm a restaurant owner. I've been working with Pi Electronique for over 15 years. I changed sales reps, and he sold me Monora so I could manage my cash register remotely. Since then, nothing works. Server keys disappear when I reset the system, and my menu buttons delete themselves in the middle of service. It's impossible to know if the servers are stealing from me. I've been spending two hours on the phone every day for two weeks trying to get them to resolve my problem, and the only thing they ever tell me is that there's no problem. I strongly advise against this cash register software, especially when they charge for support subscriptions.

a year agoHaving used this system for over 15 years, it's the most reliable equipment and system I've ever encountered. Customer service is available 24/7, and an expert will call you back promptly, completely free of charge. It offers a wide range of management features. For me, it's all about reliability, and ultimately, it's much more economical than iPad-based systems. My oldest cash register is 15 years old and still works perfectly. I highly recommend it to all professionals.
