a week agoA very bad experience. I strongly advise against using this company. My machine broke down very quickly. Spare parts can only be purchased from the supplier and are very expensive. During the last breakdown, the technician blamed my staff for improper reassembly after cleaning, which turned out to be incorrect after a video conference demonstrated the contrary. Finally, I was told that the machine was undersized for my daily orange volume, even though it had been recommended and sold to me by their sales representative. It should also be noted that returning the machine at the end of the contract is subject to a fee and requires a technician visit, with travel expenses borne by the customer.

a month agoExcellent experience with SEMPA. The team was attentive and provided professional support from ordering to machine installation. The juicer is robust, quiet, and very easy to maintain. A real asset for our establishment. I highly recommend them!
