4 years agoHave a Vision T80 Treadmill and have an issue with the display console. Made contact through email, VM (BTW they have nobody that actually pick up phone calls) and after a month a still haven't heard from them. This is not the first time I've heard this about Johnson. Good equipment, terrible customer service.
