    My heating system completely failed, and it was below freezing. Three service partners had no spare parts in stock and indicated a delivery time of up to two weeks. Here at Alde, my problem was solved within two hours. Absolutely perfect service! 💯

    Disappointing Customer Service I contacted ALDE Germany to obtain spare parts for a very expensive circulation pump for an ALDE heating system in my caravan. Especially from a manufacturer considered a premium provider of heating systems for mobile homes, and thus charging correspondingly high prices, I would have expected significantly better service. Unfortunately, the customer service was anything but convincing. On January 8, 2025, no one was reachable by phone from the morning onwards, which is extremely frustrating, particularly when experiencing technical problems while camping or during winter use. Emails simply went unanswered. There was no feedback or concrete support provided. Conclusion: High-priced products, yes – but the service unfortunately doesn't live up to the standard. In my opinion, there is a clear need for improvement, especially regarding accessibility and support in the case of spare parts.

    An absolutely disappointing experience. Our motorhome suffered a serious breakdown in the Alde heating system during the winter – glycol loss, heating failure, while we were traveling in the middle of winter. This isn't a minor inconvenience, but a genuine emergency. After contacting the only official Alde Service Centre in Euerbach by phone, I was informed that the earliest available appointment was at the end of March. Even for an earlier appointment, they claimed there would be no spare parts available, at the earliest at the end of January. This effectively told me: tough luck. Leaving a customer stranded with a broken heating system in the middle of winter is, in my opinion, unacceptable – especially for an official service center of a premium manufacturer. No solutions, no emergency options, and no real support were offered. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, one has to seriously question whether one can recommend this manufacturer's products in good conscience. This is not what service should be.

    We had a problem with our heating system; the exhaust fan was broken (it was simply worn out). After contacting them by phone, where they tried to help us, we were given an appointment for the repair the next day. By midday the following day, everything was fixed and our heating was working again. A huge thank you to Alde Germany for the very quick help in the freezing temperatures. Everything went perfectly.

    Service was very good. However, getting an appointment was very difficult. It's impossible to reach them by phone. You have to go there in person and allow plenty of time. Alde's service partners in Germany are useless.
