8 months agoManufacturer's Review – COMET High-Pressure Cleaner BWD-K 3027 Dear Sir or Madam, Our COMET BWD-K 3027 high-pressure cleaner has developed a crack in the brass pump head (see photos). As a result, water is leaking, and the pump is no longer fully functional. We inquired about the price of the replacement part with a specialist retailer – the new pump head costs approximately €470. A new high-pressure cleaner costs around €970. Therefore, repair does not seem economically viable, as the replacement part costs almost half the price of a new unit.

a year agoUnfortunately, I have nothing positive to report. I've replaced three submersible pumps in two years (COMET LUX-PLUS 12V DC 19 l/min, 0.85 bar). On average, a submersible pump lasts about four weeks.

2 years agoI needed an O-ring for my faucet in my campervan. Assuming it was a Comet faucet, I contacted them and not only received excellent and friendly help immediately, but also the required seal, just like that. And all this even though the faucet wasn't from Comet, as I had assumed. Thank you so much for this fantastic service!
