4 months agoI had a problem with my RV pump. Contacting support was very helpful, and they offered to check my one-year-old pump. After checking, it turns out that a misconfiguration in my system was causing the problem. A great job by Lilie! Thank you again for that.

5 months agoSo, I have a three-year-old Carthago with 50,000 km on it. Unfortunately, the new pressure pump was replaced after a year. Now the second pressure pump has also failed. The microsensor or button melted. Why?? It was replaced with a Lilie. Good service.

This is exactly the kind of customer service you want. I am extremely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend Lilie and their service team!
