a month agoI have to put in a good word for Scheer here. After their Nano heating system was installed in our motorhome in October, we had a strong diesel smell inside. Despite multiple phone calls and visits from the technical manager and a technician, they couldn't reproduce the problem. The smell got so bad that the motorhome became uninhabitable. After an appointment with an installation partner, they saw no other solution than to send us directly to Scheer, which meant a detour of almost 1000 km round trip. Once there, they consulted briefly, removed the entire system, and replaced it with a completely new heating unit (Nano), which was then installed outside the motorhome in a stainless steel box. The smell is now completely gone, and the noise is practically nonexistent. They provided us with a brand-new apartment free of charge and, upon request, also kindly offered us an electric car for the duration of our stay. I am convinced that this problem was an isolated incident; however, the service and customer relations speak volumes about the quality of the training provided. The product itself, I believe, is beyond reproach. I am truly delighted that our RM is now completely gas-free and can wholeheartedly recommend Scheer products to anyone considering a retrofit or conversion.
