a year agoI'm generally satisfied with the service, but I have a curious case: I purchased a Vendon box (with an invoice) and sent it to Engeltec, including the serial number and other details. The previous owner was also noted on the invoice, but the box couldn't be transferred to me. The previous owner can't be reached, and now I have a box that's completely useless. Please note that I've already physically installed the V-Box, and I have the invoice in black and white. After several phone calls and explanations, there was still no way to transfer the box to me—even if I paid the remaining amount for the software.
