6 months agoRoomPriceGenie – More Appearance Than Reality Unfortunately, based on my own experience, I have to strongly advise against using RoomPriceGenie. The system is highly flawed and, at first glance, appears more reliable than it actually is. Serious technical defects - Price changes (manual & automatic) were not correctly transferred to the PMS, even though the calendar showed the correct status. Only after extensive verification did RoomPriceGenie admit the error – the fix took far too long. - There is currently a new bug reported, and I am waiting for a solution. The software is apparently prone to errors that only become apparent upon closer inspection. Poor support & lack of reliability - Problems were initially denied instead of being resolved quickly. - The complexity of the system leads to blind reliance on faulty functions – a dangerous risk for booking management! Conclusion: Stay away! I know of other systems that are significantly more stable and reliable. As soon as an alternative for our PMS becomes available, I will replace RoomPriceGenie immediately. Anyone who doesn't want to deal with constant troubleshooting and poor service should look for a better solution. RoomPriceGenie? Unfortunately, it's been a constant annoyance so far.

a year agoRPG's solution is an absolute must-have for hotels. We are absolutely delighted. The software is perfect, the team is very friendly, and, above all, available at any time. The costs are fixed and not tied to the increased revenue generated. The increase in revenue through RPG is significant.
