We use the Cashpad POS system, and we always receive prompt and competent support with any questions or change requests. The team is extremely friendly and dedicated to finding quick solutions. They're innovative, easy to use, virtually unprone to failure, can be customized, have external servers for your own use, are modern, look great, and run like clockwork. One of the few reasons why we would choose this POS system again and again! Because we haven't had any issues, we've had virtually no contact with customer service, but even they're all super friendly Highly recommended!
