a month agoI think it's excessive to ask you for the temperature before and after loading. The right thing to do is to ask before you load so they can see if it's -18 if you load and the loading takes half an hour with the chamber open And with the refrigerator turned off, it will take maybe half an hour for the temperature to drop back to -18. This is an unnecessary delay for the lorry that has to load in other places as well.
