6 months agoVanozza is also great for refining food. I like to mix a little Vanozza into sauces for a creamy texture. ...and I'm not saying that because my husband is the co-founder... ;P

11 months agoI tried it yesterday at Internorga. The no-sheep Greek cheese is incredibly good, creamy and incredibly delicious. A real alternative. We're already looking forward to the "insider tip," the soft cheese that's not yet on the market. That was my absolute highlight.
