2 weeks agoOn November 22, 2025, I cancelled my membership. The email address I used was provided to me over the phone by an ACE employee, as online cancellation was impossible due to a seemingly persistent technical issue. I received no response until January 2026, despite having received confirmation of receipt. Since a fee was still debited from my account in January, I contacted them again by phone. During this call, I was informed in an unfriendly and unprofessional tone that a three-month notice period applied and that my cancellation had supposedly not been received, despite the confirmation of receipt. In my opinion, the handling of this matter and the customer service are unacceptable.
