4 weeks agoNothing is cooked anymore, because the knuckle is overcooked, the meat is already falling off the bone. That's why I don't understand why you're calling for electricity waste. Anyone who hasn't read that it's ready to eat should just throw it in the oven at 220°C for 30 minutes – absolutely pointless. And the recommendation to use a grill: Hello? How on earth is that wobbly rind supposed to get crispy? It's ridiculous. The only reason to heat it is to make the gelatin and fat a little less visible, in case someone is too disgusted.

2 months agoUnfortunately, it was only...bought at Discounter and 5 euros for this product... taste-wise it was just okay.

3 months agoWe just ate a pork knuckle – bought at Norma. It was delicious. Cooked in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius instead of the recommended 30-35 minutes, it was super juicy and crispy, without being dry. We'll buy it again.
