a week agoI've been operating an Eta PU11 since 2015 and would choose an Eta heating technology product again without hesitation because of its solid construction, durability, fast spare parts availability (even in Northern Germany), excellent overall design, outstanding emission values, and numerous control settings (Linux-based). I've even had excellent experiences with their customer service: extremely competent, very quick response times (they even called me back on the weekend). All in all, a well-rounded operating concept that larger manufacturers could learn from. Keep up the good work, Eta Heating Technology!

a week agoCustomer service was very poor. After the service, there was no hot water. It wasn't even properly fixed after the second visit, and then they yelled at me on the phone, telling me to stop fiddling with it and it would work anyway – which it didn't, otherwise I wouldn't have called! The measuring point in the exhaust pipe wasn't sealed either.

2 months agoThe ETA PU 15 pellet heating system was installed in 2011 and has already required several expensive repairs. For example, the main circuit board failed in 2020, and its replacement cost €1000. Furthermore, the pellets create a thick layer of dust throughout the basement, and the PU 15's mechanical components have significantly more moving parts compared to a heat pump. Therefore, I would now strongly recommend the latter.

2 months agoWe've been using our ETA eHack 130 since last year and are very satisfied with everything from operation to customer service! Highly recommended!
