Very nice and helpful team, very user-friendly product.

We switched to Simplify about four weeks ago, and so far we think it was the right decision! The range of features perfectly matches our needs. The tools are logically structured and make many things easier. It's not perfect yet, but you can see that the tool is developing incredibly quickly and continuously. What's particularly important, and something we weren't used to, is the quick feedback – not just some generic answer, but genuinely helpful information. You can tell there are real people there who listen and think proactively. If something isn't quite right, they immediately look for a solution, and many things are even implemented right away. That's really great! In short: We feel really well taken care of and enjoy working with you. Switching was definitely the right decision.

As a state vocational school, we have been working with you for years and are more than satisfied. The support is excellent; our inquiries are answered promptly, and our programming requests are implemented wherever possible. We are currently receiving very competent support in the transition to the cloud solution for our front office program. We appreciate the pleasant interaction, the competent support, and the willingness to further develop the program specifically for us as a school so that our apprentices can receive the best possible training in the front office area. Stay away from Gastrodat. This company is completely dubious and tries to rip off its customers wherever possible. They constantly try to offer customers new products, and finally, out of nowhere, they threaten legal action after two years without ever sending a reminder. It's a disgrace. I will forward the case to my legal expenses insurance.
