3 months agoWe've been using the system for 1.5 years now and are very satisfied. There are always minor glitches. However, if there are any complaints, someone with expert knowledge takes care of them, not some call center. I was very surprised when I came across the Gastronovi booth at a trade fair in Düsseldorf this week. The employee even knew the support staff of the Swiss distribution partner by name and gave us excellent advice. I think Gastronovi's pricing is very fair, since you can "just" book the cash register and then add the individual modules you really need at very fair prices. This way, every business can put together its own solution and only pay for what it really needs.

4 months agoI'm a big fan of Gastronovi – including Tap to Pay. I'm not using all the modules yet, but what I do use works and is well-tailored to my restaurant processes. What I particularly like is the easy way to book additional short-term licenses when I have more service employees, the mobile devices with tap to pay, and also the very helpful support. It's really cool when employees, almost all of whom come from the restaurant industry themselves, can get straight to the point. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

6 months agoWe've been using gastronovi for our bar for some time now and are particularly impressed by the analysis and reporting tool. The POS analysis is detailed, clearly structured, and provides exactly the key metrics we need for our operational management. Since Kassen Hauswirth joined us as a service partner, working with the system has become even more enjoyable – support requests are answered quickly, competently, and with a genuine understanding of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant industry. Furthermore, gastronovi is constantly becoming more user-friendly. You can see that the company listens to feedback and continues to develop the system.
