3 months agoI have just finished my first season with the Hippocamp software and I am very satisfied with it, both with the tool and the support offered. The tool is very comprehensive for my holiday village business, intuitive and very detailed documentation is available online. The support from the teams allows us to feel confident, responsive to our issues, and strong in proposing ways to develop the tool and respond to our challenges, which are sometimes specific to each structure.

5 months agoHippocamp software has been supporting our municipal campsite (50 pitches) and youth hostel (40 beds) for four years now. I arrived in April for the 2025 season, and I couldn't have dreamed of a better management software solution. Quick to learn, easy to use, very intuitive, and with a harmonious interface, it's a joy to use on a daily basis. It also offers numerous customizable features based on our organization's needs and extensive documentation. One of Hippocamp's strong points is also its support team, which is expert in its field and very available and patient in solving our problems! 6 months agoI have been using the HippoCamp platform since 2023 for the Rives de Mayenne campsite. I am delighted with the use and development of the various features offered. A configuration issue was resolved today in just a few minutes of calling, no phone waiting, friendly and efficient service, what more could you ask for!
