3 years agoCatastrophic company. We ordered playground equipment that was supposed to be installed and delivered in April. As of today, June 1st, our delivery is still missing pieces, making it impossible to finish the assembly and open the playground even though it's the height of the season. The salesperson, who was very polite, did the job. The factory isn't answering the phone... impossible to get through to anyone!!!! What do we do? I strongly advise against this company for the time being.
