4 months agoI first contacted the receptionist by phone, who told me someone would call me back. I did indeed get a technician that same day. I explained my problem to him, and everything was resolved within a few days. Very responsive and friendly.

5 months agoI signed a contract for the provision of a commercial balance in September 2020. When I signed the contract, the sales representative told me that after the 48-month lease, I only needed to pay for one additional month to exercise the purchase option. Several months after the 48 months, I noticed that the direct debits were still in effect, and I therefore objected to future direct debits. I contacted this sales representative several times, who assured me that they were doing what was necessary to resolve the situation, but it's been 10 months and nothing has been done. I'm now receiving a reminder from Leasecom because they can no longer charge me. I sent an email to this sales representative asking her to confirm what she said when I signed the contract. I'm still waiting for her written response. Thank you.
