8 months agoI bought a product, and as soon as I received it, I told them the plastic was too hard for the shipping system and that I wanted to return it because it wasn't what I expected. According to their return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. They made me pay for the return, they received the package, and they left a notification for delivery... but the package was returned to me because more than 15 days had passed and they hadn't bothered to pick it up. They told me the postal service had misled me because they hadn't received any notification. And Ms. Olga, instead of resolving the issue, just kept saying it was a lie... Some companies have no shame.
