a month agoExcellent customer service. We purchased a 5/6 person spa in September 2023 and are delighted with it. We recently experienced an electrical issue, and after emailing Mouv’spa, we received an immediate response from the company, which resolved our technical problem instantly. Our spa was up and running again within 48 hours. Thank you! We highly recommend them.

2 months agoExtremely pleased with the Prestige product, fast delivery, and incredibly easy setup and relocation (even with several people). Simple start-up. In short, delivered and up and running immediately! Communication with the company and even the owner was easy for technical questions. I highly recommend it, especially since it's made in France! 3 months agoSince January, we've had six oil changes! We had to check for leaks ourselves (well, we shouldn't call the technician for nothing... at over €5,000 for the spa). The technician came: the spa wasn't reassembled after the intervention. The panels were left nearby... Another leak (previously reported but not repaired) and faulty LEDs. Mr. Michigan, don't mistake me for your employee when I contact you. It's not my job to find the source of the problems! Your mechanic isn't asking you to find the causes of your vehicle's breakdowns... August, then October 2025: the after-sales service came and everything was back to normal. (Finally!!!)
