The training is both very educational and practical, as you leave with real tools and ideas to implement in your establishment for greater efficiency and self-confidence when dealing with customer reviews. 5 years agoVery enriching training. The alternation between videos and exercises brings a real dynamic to this training and allows for good knowledge acquisition. All the reminders and technical sheets provided constitute a real toolbox for continuing the application. Beyond review management, this training helps to better formulate responses to the customer, whether responding to a review or answering our customers' questions. 5 years agoVery informative training, with videos that make you want to absorb the content. Exercises, sheets, toolbox, really everything you need to grow... However, you don't learn how to 'give' opinions and how to formulate them well ;D In any case, I have wonderful memories of it, and what I learned will be useful to me on a daily basis, so thank you to you, Thomas, your wife, and the whole team.
