a month agoThe worst experience: I purchased an MX86L fireplace, which cost me a fortune, and called a local Palazzetti technician to install it. He used unsuitable polyurethane foam, which charred when it came into contact with the flue, making the air in my home unbreathable. I risked the wooden roof catching fire. In the end, I had to call another specialized company, demolish the chimney, replace the roof vent, and rebuild the chimney, at a cost of almost €5,000. So far, after several communications through my lawyer, I haven't received a response. I wonder how you select and train your technicians? I've always wanted a fireplace in my home, but after this experience, I think it was the worst decision I've ever made.

2 months agoMediocre products, very ambitious in price but poor quality. Plus, terrible customer service. Forget it. Buy something else. They try to be modern, but in the end, it's better to lose them than to find them.

3 months agoI can only speak for myself! Jackie idro 26, ordered and ready after 12 days, installed by a professional recommended by Palazzetti themselves. What can I say? I'm happy, I don't think much, it's a mega-feature, how to use it (Wi-Fi), and a display problem was solved in 3 days! For me, it's the best, I can only say thank you.
