a week agoBreathtaking incompetence. Extremely difficult to reach. I had to wait three months for a technician to come and install heat meters. Obviously, he didn't have the necessary equipment, so three months of waiting for nothing, and in the meantime, I'm paying full price for heating without meters. The technician had me sign some paperwork but didn't leave me a copy or any other documentation regarding the service call.

a month agoI am very satisfied with the work carried out by Mr. Nguyen and his apprentice, Baptiste. He called me before the service call, and the water meter replacement was completed quickly. Furthermore, these two men were very friendly in addition to their expertise. Thank you to them!
