8 months agoWe subscribed to Krier's property management software and completed the necessary training to master the tool. One month after subscribing and completing the training, Krier was acquired by Septeo without any prior notice. The sales representative presented us with a completely new software program and new training courses supposedly essential for its use. For two years, we have been requesting a refund for the initial training, as it proved useless and we were never informed of the impending change. We have been given the runaround ever since and are now facing debt collection proceedings and the blocking of IT support, despite having made all our payments on the new software since day one.
