in the last weekWe switched from Hello Cash to Ready2order and are so happy!! It's a shame we didn't do it sooner!! Highly recommended!!! & fantastic support, real people, not AI!!! That's premium quality!!

a week agoAn absolute disaster! For the past two weeks, we've had a major problem with the cash register. A transaction takes up to a minute before it can proceed... a disaster during Carnival season!! The card reader keeps malfunctioning... Support is nonexistent!! It's always the same standard line: they're working on it, but after two weeks and daily calls from me, absolutely nothing has happened. I can't reach a direct contact person from specialized support; I only get through the lower level, who have no clue about the technology and can't offer any helpful advice... I just have to forward it! What's also completely ridiculous is that you can't export an inventory with the purchase prices, which is the whole point and makes perfect sense. You can only export the stock levels, not the purchase prices, to determine the inventory value!! We're looking into this legally and will be terminating our contract!! If you want to experience the hassle of dealing with a cash register, this is the place for you.

a week agoApparently not interested in new customers. Support asked for my customer number even though I stated I was using a test account. No response to my questions. --- In the meantime, I had an interesting conversation with sales. Thanks everyone.
