2 months agoWe reported a faulty water pump in our camper. Excellent service; we received immediate assistance and quickly got two new pumps sent to us free of charge! Fantastic!

4 months agoWow! I ordered a mover, super quality, got accessories from a shop where the instructions were missing, a quick call, and they shipped it right away from Reich. Super friendly and competent advice at the trade fair. Nothing negative so far, but really nothing negative.

4 months agoOur shunt drive suddenly reported errors while we were on vacation. Customer service already advised me via email. On Saturday, I removed the control unit and sent it to Reich. I received it back Thursday morning, and everything was working as before. Super fast, competent, and friendly. I'd definitely go back! Kudos and thanks to the customer service team!

6 months agoExperience: Unclear Information, Poor Communication, Return I deliberately chose the EasyDriver Pro 2.0, partly because it was advertised as not requiring a NATO-style disconnect switch. It was all the more irritating, then, to discover after purchase that a disconnect switch or a compatible on/off switch is absolutely necessary but not included. Potentially required adapter plates for certain chassis (e.g., for mounting in front of the axle) are also treated as "special accessories," even though they are essential for installation in certain cases. The manufacturer's suggestion that this information can be found on their website is unhelpful, especially since Reich is not a direct seller and the dealer websites (e.g., Berger) provide no transparent information whatsoever. When contacting Berger, it's impossible to get through to anyone by phone, and emails go unanswered. Communication with the manufacturer itself was disappointing. My factually worded inquiry received a curt, sometimes patronizing, response. Instead of demonstrating customer focus, I was made the scapegoat. The tone of the emails was unprofessional in parts (insulting, condescending) and showed a complete lack of understanding of the customer's perspective. Ultimately, this experience led me to return the product. I will now opt for a maneuvering aid from a different manufacturer – one with clear information about the scope of delivery, better communication, and genuine customer focus.
