a month agoCommunication and accessibility are completely foreign concepts. Emails go unanswered, no matter who you write to. Scheduling an appointment for a consultation is impossible. Driving to the megastore is pointless; I've tried multiple times. No one ever has time, and if they do, they're rushed because the next customer is already waiting. The woman on the hotline is nice, but what can she do? She just gives you the next phone number or email address. It's a vicious cycle. It's a real customer deterrent. I finally got through to someone on a mobile number. We'll see what happens.
