a week agoFollowing the breakdown of my micro-wastewater treatment plant, I had to call Aer Eau three times. At a cost of €150 per visit. After requesting reimbursement for these repairs by regular mail and then by registered mail, I have received no response from them to date. Once the equipment is sold, there's complete silence; you're on your own. My neighbor intends to install the same system at his house, so I'm going to dissuade him.

a week agoTheir commercial performance is appalling. Their ratings are plummeting. They are incapable of providing accurate written information. They offer a graph that lacks clarity, presents contradictory interpretations, and shows no willingness to clarify the figures. One has to question the actual safety of their above-ground tanks. Did they undergo any technical inspections before being put on the market, given that the Sales Director refuses to inform the user? Is there a competent Technical Manager who can answer simple questions precisely, in writing, when residents are endangered by their above-ground/water tanks? The telephone reception is anything but welcoming. There's a lot to improve at this company! And the best for last: they don't sign their emails: no name, no title, no logo.

8 months agoYou come to load for 4 m of floor but there is 6m80 .. how to solve the problem ... we unload and cancel the trip 🤣 I will remain polite and hope not to go back there again ... they make a measurement error but it is always the same ones who are penalized
