5 months agoFollowing the breakdown of my micro-wastewater treatment plant, I had to call Aer Eau three times. At a cost of €150 per visit. After requesting reimbursement for these repairs by regular mail and then by registered mail, I have received no response from them to date. Once the equipment is sold, there's complete silence; you're on your own. My neighbor intends to install the same system at his house, so I'm going to dissuade him.
