a month agoIt is known that Sanel conducts a significant portion (more than 50%) of its production activities outside of its own subcontracted workshops. These subcontracted workshops are generally located in areas where: 1. Anıl Elektronik's address is on Demokrasi Street, 2. Tek Bulut Elektronik's address is on Demokrasi Street (the location appears when you Google it), and 3. Gökhan Göze's address is at the end of İsak Paşa Street. These production facilities lack the necessary infrastructure for electronic card production. During OEM audits, temporary and deceptive production areas are created to conceal this fact. After the audit, all production is directed back to unlicensed subcontracted workshops. This misleads the corporate partners, especially Ford, and damages trust. Even more concerning, I have learned that, under the direction of a former employee of your company and current Quality Manager at Sanel, an engineer named Taha Çavuş was hired as a "construction worker" at the Ford Eskişehir factory, and products deemed non-conforming were replaced with similar products without being reported to Ford. This method concealed production-related non-conformities for six months, gaining an unfair advantage during the Q1 certification process. During the Q1 certification audit, only the first six items of the approximately 70-item checklist were evaluated. Despite Sanel failing to meet any of these requirements, the certificate was issued approximately one month later. I have serious suspicions that this process was also conducted improperly. I am bringing this matter to your attention so that all these processes can be re-evaluated, the relevant audit and ethics committees can be informed, and the necessary investigations can be initiated.

4 months agoI am writing to formally complain about a serious safety issue with the "24V 6 Red LED Step Light" product I purchased from your company. The product in question experienced a catastrophic failure whereby a capacitor exploded. This component failure created a significant fire hazard. Upon inspection, it is evident that the printed circuit boards (PCBs) are assembled using substandard, low-quality components, which I believe is the direct cause of this dangerous malfunction. Despite having raised this serious safety concern with your company previously, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgement. I expect your immediate attention to this matter and await a proposed resolution at your earliest convenience.
