a year agoIt's a disaster and a disaster. A complete lack of manners among some employees. I arrived and saw that the employees were on their break. I just approached politely to ask what time their break was. They pretended not to see me. Okay, I understand everyone deserves a break, but if you smoke a cigarette and answer someone's question, you probably won't lose your head. Finally, someone took pity on me and told me to go to the warehouse and then to the office. As I was leaving, I heard laughter behind me, but I thought it was just among themselves. I only realized the laughter was directed at me when I entered the warehouse. Inside, in the office, a guy was sitting, playing solitaire on the computer. After saying "hello" to him three times, I finally left because I hadn't seen such rudeness in a long time. He couldn't have missed me because I was standing a meter away. I think the employees have the same opinion because they sent me to him on purpose, knowing he wouldn't even try to pretend not to see me. I'm just guessing, as I have no proof. My purpose of the visit? Pick up the package. Or learn anything about it. Instead, I was met with a wall and people making fun of me. I don't recommend it at all. Maybe if these people don't have breaks and are working, they have a different approach to drivers, but I didn't want to do anything more than find out what time their break is. This is a huge, negative surprise for me because I've visited dozens of Austrian companies, and this is the first one I really don't want to go back to.
