a year agoWe've had the Schulte-Schlagbaum locking system in our company for a few years now. It hasn't worked since the beginning! The company hasn't been able to get the interfaces to our PMS (hotel software) working. We've tried to reach the representative by phone or email for over a year without success. No response from headquarters either. Items worth several thousand euros on the invoice that were NEVER delivered. To our suggestion that we only transfer the relatively small remaining amount for the items that are finally working (!) after more than two years and leave the rest open until it works: no binding written response whatsoever. Now the batteries in the first set are slowly running out, and the subcontractor isn't allowed to supply them to us at Schulte-Schlagbaum's behest! This is a mafia!!!! Stay away from these companies! We will now exhaust all legal means to obtain a reversal of the contract worth over €35,000. We are not the only ones: we also had similar experiences in two of our partner hotels.
