a year agoMany of the spice blends are really good and interesting, but unfortunately the prices are disproportionate, and the online shopping system seems to have underlying problems. Payment requests are sent via email for products purchased with PayPal, and no one from support is reachable; there's just a constantly annoying, looping message with bad background music, which someone apparently thought would make the company seem "hip."
