Nilou's product presentation was first-class. A big thank you also goes to Markus, who has been available by phone and email ever since the contract was signed. Markus guided us through the installation and implementation and addressed every request. Thanks also to Florian, who was always there when Markus was unavailable. All in all: Very professional.
