a year agoExcellent customer service. When our pool heater broke down this summer, we contacted Vivaldi, who immediately sent replacement parts to resolve the issue. Special mention goes to Yann de la Houssaye, Sales Director, who was always available to answer our questions and provided comprehensive support until the problem was resolved. Congratulations to the management for their responsiveness and professionalism. They quickly resolved a problem caused by improper handling on my part. 5-star service.

a year agoI have a Concerto X45 pool heat pump that has been working perfectly for two years now. In my previous house, my Vivaldi heat pump was 15 years old and only had one failure: the start capacitor after a storm. Yesterday, when I got back from vacation, I got an error code on the pump... I called Vivaldi, and the person I spoke to was very helpful. They listened to my problem and explanation, and explained the likely cause and how to fix it myself. I did what they told me, and the error code disappeared; the heat pump started working again. I highly recommend these very reliable products and the extremely competent Vivaldi team.

a year agoGood evening. Following a breakdown of my HPX 85 heat pump, I contacted Vivaldi. After speaking with Mr. De la Houssaye, who confirmed that in all likelihood the capacitor in my heat pump was faulty, he kindly sent me the part in question free of charge so I could verify his hypothesis... The diagnosis was correct... In less than 48 hours, my heat pump was operational again. I then paid my bill... I would like to thank the Vivaldi team, and in particular Mr. De la Houssaye, for their responsiveness and professionalism. I recommend Vivaldi without reservation... Dominique Lefèvre.
