in the last weekVery friendly and well-trained staff. Anyone with questions about solar systems on motorhomes will receive sensible answers here.

a month agoUnfortunately, I can't give zero stars. I have a Sunfolder solar bag. It's now four years old. In the first two years, it was replaced twice due to cable issues. Now we've discovered that the protective coating is peeling off the solar panels. I'm very disappointed with your solar bag! I would never buy another one from your company. Wattstunde's response: "We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with your Sunfolder solar bag and understand your frustration. After reviewing your documents, we would like to inform you that the statutory warranty period for the product has now expired. A free replacement or repair under warranty is therefore unfortunately no longer possible."

2 months agoThe staff were very friendly, but unfortunately I still wouldn't recommend them. I had problems with a warranty claim, and the other reviews speak volumes about the same issue...

3 months agoTitle: Disappointing customer service – no help with a defective solar panel I bought a 200 W solar panel from Wattstunde, which I'm currently using in Spain. Unfortunately, the solar panel broke while I was traveling. While it's still under warranty, it won't help me here, as there's no Wattstunde representative in Spain. Since I urgently need the solar panel, I opened it, knowing that doing so would void the warranty. I discovered that only a bypass diode had burned out. I contacted Wattstunde and asked them to tell me which diode was installed so I could get a replacement and repair the panel myself. After much back and forth, I finally received the answer that Wattstunde didn't know which diode was installed because they didn't manufacture the product themselves. That was the end of the case for them. I find this behavior very disappointing. I've since discovered for myself that it's a simple bypass diode, costing less than one euro each. It's sad that you essentially have to throw away a solar bag that costs 300 euros just because the manufacturer doesn't provide spare parts or technical information – and offers no support whatsoever.
