1. Scope and Purpose Campadi operates an online information, discovery, and visibility platform for the camping, glamping, outdoor leisure, and related industries worldwide. The Platform provides: business listings and directories informational content visibility tools, advertisements, and promotional placements Campadi does not: own, operate, manage, or control any listed business, accommodation, service, or product act as a broker, agent, intermediary, reseller, or contractual party verify, guarantee, or endorse any listed entity, service, product, or advertisement All interactions, agreements, transactions, or disputes occur solely between users, outside of Campadi.

2. Eligibility and Legal Capacity By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law, or that you act on behalf of a company or legal entity with full authority to bind that entity. Campadi bears no responsibility for verifying a user’s legal capacity or authority.

3. Listings and Source of Information Listings on the Platform may be: created by Campadi using publicly available information imported from external sources submitted, edited, or claimed by users Campadi does not guarantee that listing information is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Publicly available information may be incorrect, outdated, misleading, or incomplete. Campadi is not responsible or liable for inaccuracies in listings, regardless of the source of the information.

3A. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Campadi may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist users in searching, filtering, and summarizing information available on the Platform. AI-generated responses are based solely on content available on the Campadi website and its listings. Campadi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated information. AI tools are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or commercial advice. Users remain fully responsible for verifying information and making independent business decisions. Campadi does not endorse, rank, recommend, or verify any business, service, or product through AI-generated responses.

4. Claiming Listings and User Declarations Users may claim listings representing businesses or organizations. By claiming a listing, you expressly declare and warrant that: you are the rightful owner, authorized representative, or legal agent of the listed entity all information provided is truthful, accurate, complete, and lawful submitted content does not infringe third-party rights you will promptly update any incorrect or outdated information You accept full legal responsibility for all claimed or modified content.

5. User Content License By submitting content, you grant Campadi a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, and promote such content for Platform operation, development, and marketing. Users remain solely responsible for their content.

6. Responsibility, Indemnification, and Legal Action You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Campadi, its owners, affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, liabilities, legal costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from: inaccurate, misleading, or false information claimed listings or submitted content advertisements or promotional materials violations of laws or third-party rights reputational, financial, or operational damage to third parties disputes between users Campadi reserves the right to take legal action, claim financial compensation, and recover damages or penalties from users whose actions cause harm or legal exposure.

7. Acceptable Use Users must not: provide false or deceptive information impersonate individuals or entities misuse claimed listings upload unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or harmful content manipulate visibility, rankings, or reviews interfere with Platform security or operation Campadi may remove content or restrict access at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

7A. Editorial Control and Restricted Business Categories Campadi operates as a curated informational and visibility platform and retains full editorial and commercial discretion over all listings, advertisements, content, and visibility granted on the Platform. Campadi does not actively monitor, pre-screen, or verify all business activities, listings, or advertisements and is under no obligation to conduct prior verification of user-submitted or imported content. Campadi reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to refuse, suspend, remove, restrict, or downgrade any listing, advertisement, or content that, in Campadi’s reasonable assessment, may create legal, regulatory, compliance, reputational, brand-safety, or audience-suitability risks, or that does not align with Campadi’s platform guidelines or commercial policies. Without limitation, Campadi does not promote or facilitate businesses whose primary or dominant activities include, but are not limited to:

- the sale, promotion, or production of alcoholic beverages;
- gambling services, betting platforms, gaming devices, slot machines, or games of chance;
- adult or explicit entertainment or services;
- tobacco products, vaping products, or related accessories;
- activities that are prohibited, restricted, or subject to heightened regulation in multiple jurisdictions.

The inclusion of such activities as a core or substantial component of a business model may result in the rejection, suspension, or removal of a listing or advertisement without prior notice and without entitlement to any refund, compensation, or damages. Acceptance or publication of a listing or advertisement does not constitute endorsement, verification, or approval of the listed business or its activities. Campadi retains final authority to determine whether any content complies with these Terms and its platform policies.

8. Listings, Pricing, and Business Model Flexibility Campadi may offer different listing types, including free listings (“Basic Listings”) and paid listings with enhanced visibility or features (“Paid Listings”). Basic Listings may be offered free of charge at Campadi’s discretion. Campadi reserves the right to modify, limit, convert, or discontinue free listings at any time, including introducing fees or paid requirements. Campadi operates a flexible and evolving business model and expressly reserves the right to: introduce, modify, or discontinue any pricing or monetization model adjust fees, packages, subscriptions, or billing structures increase or decrease prices change listing features, visibility, or placement No user acquires a permanent or vested right to free access, specific pricing, features, or platform conditions. Where commercially reasonable, Campadi will inform users of material changes through the Platform, email, or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Fees paid relate solely to visibility or placement and do not guarantee results. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

8A. Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds 8A.1 Subscription-Based Services
Campadi offers paid listing packages and visibility services on a subscription basis, billed either monthly or annually, as clearly indicated at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, the user enters into a recurring payment agreement for the selected subscription period.

8A.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless the user cancels the subscription prior to the next renewal date. The applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically using the payment method provided.

8A.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment service providers, including Stripe. Campadi does not store full payment card details on its own systems. By purchasing a subscription, the user authorizes Campadi to collect recurring payments in accordance with the selected plan.

8A.4 Right of Withdrawal
Where the user qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. By purchasing a paid subscription and expressly requesting immediate access to Campadi’s digital services, the user acknowledges and agrees that the service begins immediately after payment. Where permitted by applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal expires once the digital service has commenced, provided that the user has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

8A.5 Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting Campadi. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

8A.6 Refund Policy
Subscription fees and payments for listings, advertisements, or promotional services are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply or where Campadi has failed to provide the service due to a proven technical fault attributable solely to Campadi. This non-refund policy explicitly applies to advertising campaigns, promoted listings, pay-per-click, pay-per-view, and other visibility-based services, regardless of campaign performance, impressions, or user interaction.

8A.7 Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully processed, Campadi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to paid features until payment has been completed. Repeated payment failures may result in termination of the subscription.

9. Advertising and Sponsored Content The Platform may display paid advertisements, sponsored listings, promoted placements, or affiliate content (“Advertisements”). Advertisements do not constitute endorsement or verification by Campadi. Campadi does not guarantee visibility, leads, traffic, or commercial outcomes. Advertisers are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of their advertising content. Campadi may reject, modify, suspend, or remove Advertisements at its sole discretion.

9A. Advertising Campaigns, Budgets, and Visibility Advertising campaigns on the Platform operate on a pay-per-click (CPC), pay-per-view (CPM), or other visibility-based model, as selected by the advertiser at the time of purchase. Advertising fees are charged based on the selected model and the total campaign budget. Campaign visibility, impressions, clicks, or placements are influenced by multiple factors, including but not limited to user behavior, search queries, filters, competition, platform traffic, and technical conditions. Campadi does not guarantee any minimum number of impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, bookings, or commercial results. Advertising budgets are consumed automatically based on recorded impressions or clicks. Once the budget is exhausted, the campaign will automatically stop. Unused budget does not roll over and does not entitle the advertiser to refunds, credits, or compensation.

9B. Measurement, Tracking, and Technical Limitations Impressions, clicks, and other advertising metrics are measured using automated systems provided by the Platform and its technical partners. While Campadi makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate measurement, no measurement system is entirely free from errors, delays, discrepancies, or technical limitations. Campadi does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of advertising metrics and shall not be liable for discrepancies caused by technical issues, system errors, browser behavior, ad blockers, network conditions, or third-party software. Campadi reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse, manipulation, fraudulent activity, or abnormal traffic patterns related to advertising campaigns. Where such activity is detected or reasonably suspected, Campadi may suspend, adjust, or terminate advertising campaigns without refund or compensation.

10. No Warranty and Disclaimer The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Campadi expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, merchantability, availability, and results. Campadi does not guarantee the continued availability of free services, pricing models, listings, or features. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campadi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunities, arising from: use of the Platform listings or advertisements third-party interactions or disputes This applies even if Campadi was advised of potential damages.

12. Third-Party Links and Services The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. Campadi does not control or assume responsibility for their content, conduct, or availability. Access to third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Suspension and Termination Campadi reserves the right to suspend, downgrade, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform or individual listings at any time, with or without prior notice, if a user violates these Terms, provides inaccurate or misleading information, poses legal, financial, or reputational risk, or no longer complies with current platform, pricing, or monetization requirements. Users may stop using the Platform at any time and without obligation by discontinuing access to the Platform or, where applicable, by deleting or deactivating their account. If a user has registered an account, the user may request account deletion or deactivation through the Platform or by contacting Campadi. Termination of access or discontinuation of use by the user does not entitle the user to any refunds, compensation, or damages for paid listings, advertisements, subscriptions, or services that are active or have already been provided during an agreed period. Following termination, Campadi may retain certain data where required by applicable law, for legitimate business purposes, or as further described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

15. Severability If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Campadi regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
