I bought an Otello model in July 2025 and experienced a thermal shock in the master bedroom (due to the lack of fiberglass insulation) 🤬 Weak wardrobe struts (replaced with a curtain) 🤗 Washing machine water inlet located in the axle 🤨 (replaced, the location is perfect (replaced with a curtain) 🤗) Bathroom door too high (curtain repaired) 🤗 Today, January 17, 2026, a fire started in the electrical panel (photo attached). We narrowly avoided disaster. Luckily, my wife had time to cut the power. Imagine if someone had been away or at night (due to loose wires). I had to call an electrician urgently, and it's winter (heating is on). Not to mention the service provider (outdoor equipment supplier) 🫣🫣 Otherwise, the phone service was pleasant and the technicians were excellent. I won't go into all the details. Inventorying isn't enough space. The list is long.
