a week agoWe have been working with Trigano for some time, but since the launch of their Nest range, presented as being made with high-quality materials, we have encountered numerous problems. The boiler, for example, is completely unsuitable for camping: winterizing it requires complete disassembly, which is particularly inconvenient. The gas cooker burners, meanwhile, rust after only one or two years of use. The after-sales service tells us that this is due to the use of unsuitable products, but it is surprising to note that only the large burner is affected, the others remaining in good condition. Furthermore, customer service refuses any responsibility, considering these components as consumables. Yet, in 2024, we were able to prove that the problem originated with the supplier, who had delivered defective parts. Despite this, even for a replacement costing €40, no support is offered. We also observed rapid deterioration of the sinks, whose surface was damaged after only two years, showing numerous scratches. In short, the Nest models, despite being presented as more comfortable and made with higher-quality materials—and sold at a higher price—fail to live up to their promises. The lack of consideration shown by the after-sales service and its managers deeply disappointed us. Under these circumstances, we have decided to end our business relationship.

4 months agoHello, I recently purchased a 2017 Trigano Intuition Luxe 3-bedroom mobile home. I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the floor in the master bedroom, below the window, is sagging (and therefore rotten). I suspect a water leak around the window frame. I've tried contacting Trigano for information, but I haven't been able to reach you. Could you please call me back at 0678842512?
