3 months agoFriends. NEVER use their services. They offer to insure your stay against cancellation. You pay money, but there's no insurance. It doesn't work. They'll find a million reasons not to give you your money back. Be careful... Don't get me wrong. I booked a mobile home, but two months before, I decided to cancel for family reasons (I have two disabled children). I had cancellation insurance, but you refused to cancel my reservation. I contacted your advisors by phone and provided the numerous documents you requested each time (there were several phone conversations), but each time you demanded additional documents, proving that you weren't canceling the reservation. So I lost 400 euros—that was my deposit. It was the money the state pays me for my children's disability. I hope you used the disability allowance correctly. I want to once again appeal to your future clients: NEVER trust this organization. The people who work there are cynical and greedy.
