8 months agoWe invested in a chalet at the Edune residence in Jullouville. The after-sales service for Chalets Fabres is completely inadequate. - Our lock is broken (the lock is too fragile). - Our pergola lighting is not working. - We received a cottage with a broken sofa, which we repaired ourselves because they didn't believe us! Despite our numerous requests, we are still waiting for the repairs! We are very disappointed with Mr. Akhalouf, who manages this service.

10 months agoI'm extremely disappointed with the delivery service! My aunt ordered her chalet on January 14, 2025, and was promised delivery in April! The chalet arrived, but all the kitchen units and many other things are missing!! There's a huge delay in delivery; it's now June 12th, and the missing items were supposed to be delivered this weekend! This morning I called to check if everything was okay, and it turns out it will be next week. They promised me again on the phone that everything would be ready by the end of June. I don't believe it anymore! (The plane trees!)
