in the last weekIf it had been possible, I would have given zero stars. The organization of our school's weekend trip to Pas de la Casa, Andorra, was a complete disaster. A week before departure, the weather forecast for the weekend of January 8th and 9th was already very worrying. Yet, La Noche Voyages clearly took no initiative to anticipate the situation or even communicate properly with the transport company. The result: a two-hour delay right from the start, due to poorly informed drivers, for a journey already lengthened by the weather conditions. We finally arrived at 7:00 a.m. instead of 1:00 a.m., solely thanks to the professionalism and composure of an exceptional driver, Franck, who managed to drive us safely despite the difficult conditions. Once we arrived, we were able to access the accommodations… and there again, enormous disappointment: dirty, dilapidated, and simply unacceptable. After a full day of skiing, we were hoping to at least be able to enjoy a hot meal, as planned at the restaurant booked by La Niche Voyages. But the organization was once again flawed: - The meal time was delayed until 9:30 p.m. - Upon arrival, the restaurant had only prepared 50 covers instead of 100, due to poor communication from La Niche Voyages - No dessert, despite it being announced and promised Fortunately, the school's sports association managed the situation and mitigated the disaster. The worst moment of the trip, however, was the following morning. We were woken up at 7:00 a.m., with the obligation to vacate the accommodations by 8:30 a.m. or face an additional charge. After cleaning everything, we arrived at the luggage storage at the required time… to find it closed, with no one in charge. We had to wait until 9:05 a.m., when a particularly unpleasant individual arrived, lit a cigarette instead of opening the door, and explained that "he wasn't the one in charge." Five minutes later, another person from La Niche Voyages finally opened the luggage storage, without the slightest apology. To top it all off: that same evening, in that same luggage storage room, they had the nerve to rush us, telling us to hurry because it was closing in 3 minutes. An absolute disgrace, the likes of which I've never seen. It's all the more regrettable because the resort is magnificent. I strongly advise you to choose another agency to organize your weekend. Avoid at all costs.
