a week agoScam! The listing didn't match the campsite at all! We left as soon as we arrived, and of course, they offered no refund or any kind of compensation. I contacted you, but you refused to help!

a week agoThe accommodation wasn't great, the kitchen was awful, just an oven, microwave, and gas stove, a simple coffee machine for a 5-star campsite is very inadequate. There were no activities, just two open swimming pools, neither of which was heated. In short, very disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this campsite. Regarding the activities offered during the booking process, it was very unclear. For a mid-June reservation, when I asked at reception, they told me it wasn't their responsibility, it was handled by a third-party provider, but this wasn't specified at the time of booking. In short, enough to leave children frustrated and very, very disappointed. I've stayed in 3-star campsites with better amenities.
