Vodatent

Last summer, our family had a wonderful holiday at Luna del Monte in Italy. Thanks for the recommendation for that campsite; we'll definitely be back!

We booked a safari tent at Camping de Oude Rijn in Ter Aar. The campsite leaves much to be desired in every way. The toilet block is filthy, there aren't any holidaymakers staying at the campsite, only residents, and in the evenings it smells of weed. The glasses in the tent were dirty, so I had to wash them before drinking a glass of water. We went home after one night, even though we'd booked three. The tent was otherwise fine, but in our opinion, it's not suitable for this campsite. After several phone calls, our complaint was thankfully taken seriously, and Vodatent provided a suitable solution. We will book with them again in the future. Hopefully, we'll have as good an experience as everyone else who has left a review here.
